1. A Turkish prosecutor says Jamal Khashoggi was strangled as soon as he entered the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul. Chief Istanbul prosecutor Irfan Fidan’s office said Khashoggi’s death was a premeditated killing, after which his attackers dismembered him and disposed of his body. A 20-year-old pro-Trump media personality and disgraced hedge fund prodigy named Jacob Wohl and a Republican lobbyist named Jack Burkman were involved in a plot to smear Robert Mueller with false sexual assault allegations. Wohl apparently created a fake company called Surefire Intelligence and attempted to pay women to make false allegations against the special counsel.
